The Win That Hooked Me – Then Humbled Me (High5Casino Story)

Written by M.E.F • Real High5Casino Player Win Story

I remember it like it was yesterday…

I was scouring Reddit groups focused on making money, specifically instant pay type offers. (Which I don’t recommend for numerous reasons, but mainly because they’re full of scams.) I came across one that caught my eye. It read something like, “Instant $25 for simple sign-up and ID verification.”

I needed money, so I was willing to try anything. I said screw it and sent the poster a DM.

To my surprise, I got a response pretty quickly. I didn’t know it at the time, but the next couple minutes would play a crucial role in the next three years of my life.

The person who wrote the post wanted people to create Stake.us accounts, verify them, and give over the login for $25. I had no idea what Stake was. Never heard of it. So I Googled the site and hit enter. That moment was the first time I ever saw an online casino where you could actually play real games and cash out real money. My eyes lit up.

After signing up, I was too curious. They gave me like five bucks back then or something. I don’t even remember if I won anything, but I do remember what didn’t happen – that Reddit guy never got the account.

The next few weeks I was obsessed. Signing up for every casino I could find that gave free play bonuses. I never hit big, but that didn’t kill my appetite to keep trying.

Over the next year or so I was playing almost daily. On some sites just with the dailies. On others, dropping $10 to $20 a day – which adds up quick, by the way. I only cashed out maybe three or four times in the beginning, and those weren’t more than a couple hundred bucks at best.

Then one night around 2AM, it happened.

I was on High5Casino, which had become my favorite because of its layout and game selection – especially the Slingo section. I was playing Blazing Wild, a Pragmatic-style slot. Just finished a weak bonus round with maybe $5-7 winnings. Decided to spin a few more times just because…

And boy am I glad I did.

The highlight of my High5Casino Player Win Story

Ding ding ding ding ding… a wild lands in the second row, fills the column, x8 multiplier. Then another one in row five – x12. Matching tiles across the board. Wilds drop again. Two more columns fill. Board almost cleared. Win keeps climbing. That pop-up shows, the one every degenerate lives for.

$1000… $1500… $2000 SC. And I was betting twenty cents.

This was crazy. I was hooked.

But I didn’t cash out. I should’ve. I let the greed take over. Over the next hour or two, that $2,000 win bled all the way down to $250. Gut punch.

The only cashout I pulled from that run: $200 – the rest slipped through my hands.

I played High5 for another few months and didn’t win a thing. I even emailed support and said some things I shouldn’t have. That was the end of my run there.

Next came the sweeps casino cycle. Tried them all. Stuck with Stake for 8-9 months. But their RTP? Garbage. Either nothing hits, or you get a quick heater. I never pulled more than $400 there before I self-excluded. And don’t even get me started on Eddie’s fake Saturday streams. F*** Stake.

Nowadays I’ve got a full routine, hitting dailies across 15–20 casinos. Just playing what they give.

All except Bitstarz.

But that’s a whole different blog post. Because unlike the rest, they actually paid me. And to this day, I’m up nearly five grand lifetime from them. No cap.
